u send me a piece of junk
Product that showed up was absolutely nothing even remotely close to what was advertised. Charging $30+ for a $2 piece of cheap plastic that barely projects a star on the ceiling is horrible false advertisement.
This is not what I ordered it does not rotate or spin and does not focus this is not what was shown in your advertisements very disappointing will not buy again
Flat out showing up on a wall 2 inches away from it and this is ment to cover the sealing and walls what a fucken joke they are nothink like what is promoted i wasted my money on 3 off these for my kids just to be disapointed i should off kept my money not happy at all with what I received for my money you should refund me for the hole bloody 3 off them up paid foror send me 3 real ones that do what you say it dose and show on your site its a bloody scam
It’s a very cheap plastic. Definitely not worth the price paid. Doesn’t project onto ceiling or walls. Very disappointed in this one product.

The best tasting I have ever had
This is not what you advertise ! Your advertisement shows planets and stuff moving not still like this. This is like a little kids thing.! I’m very unhappy with this especially what I paid for it. I could’ve bought this in a five and dime store.
lights up but no projection
First and foremost, I would like to have the product that was advertised. The light that I received is worth maybe 5 dollars. Certainly not 45 dollars. This thing doesn't reflect on the walls or ceiling. You claimed that it was 5D and it's not. It's not 3D or anything close to that. I would like to have a refund immediately. I am very disappointed.

This is not what I ordered or what was pictured on the advertisement. It showed under water slides and multiple images. This is a cheap piece of plastic with only stars. I will be sure and tell everyone this is junk

The stars don’t look at all like they do in the ad. They don’t have anything other than stars on the little machine, that I could have gotten from a cheap store. Not at all happy can’t change it from the stars like it shows in the ad.
By not misleading your customers. It gave the impression it was a full globe with movement of water, stars, etc. It’s just a half globe with one image of animated, childish stars. It might be suited for an infants nursery.

Very disappointed as the product was not remotely as advertised. I expected the sea creatures and ocean scenery in 5D, additionally expected the other themes as advertised which were prehistoric dinosaurs and oceanic waves rolling in, instead received something resembling the solar system in static images nothing more. This is false and misleading advertising. I would like a refund. How do I go about receiving a refund?
